Josh is a Chemical Engineer with over 5 years of hands-on experience as a Process Engineer working in the Terminal Industry. Mr. Wissinger is currently a Texas Professional Engineer.
His project experience has encompassed various roles including Design Engineer: containment, piping, equipment and instrumentation in tank farms, heat exchangers, blending systems, high/low pressure propane and butane storage, LPG refrigeration, and API 650/12F tanks, Engineering Evaluation: spent/fresh sulfuric acid truck/rail un/loading systems, SO2 caustic scrubber performance, and pressure relieving device capacity evaluation, Procurement: specification, bidding, shipment and document tracking of pipe, valves, fittings, pumps and instrumentation, and Construction and Project Management: bid walks, proposal evaluations, scheduling, project execution, several customer turnover tie-in modification projects, truck gathering facilities, HDD pipeline assembly and drilling. These projects’ locations in the U.S. included Ohio, Louisiana and Texas, then Puerto Rico and Mexico.
Josh received his Bachelors’ and Masters’ Degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toledo and currently holds an API 653 Tank Inspector and an Ohio EIT certificate.
