Khaled is a Mechanical Engineer with more than 4 years of design and project management experience concentrating in the design of midstream above-ground oil and gas storage tanks, pump manifold, process and piping systems, docks & LACT units, pipe stress analysis, controlled air blower system, chillers and refrigeration system and high-pressure vessel design. He is also well experienced with on-site project management, to assist in day-to-day schedule and cost management as well as communication with the contractor to achieve a successful project completion.
Previously, Khaled worked as a design engineer for Total Mangosta Project (Guaynabo, Puerto Rico), leading the process, piping and mechanical design, as well as document management for new above-ground storage tanks, butane system and upgrading existing firefighting system. Prior to that, he was design engineer and project control for the ITC Pasadena Phase II project until its successful completion. He is currently working as a project manager for ITC Pasadena Project 3A and Dock expansion projects.
Khaled completed his Masters’ in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) and Bachelors’ from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). He is fluent in English and Bengali and has working knowledge of Hindi and Urdu.
