    E&TS performed Basic and Detailed Engineering design of an LPG Project in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico for 24 60,000-gallon Propane/Butane pressurized vessels. The Terminal was connected via pipeline to its Puma’s ship dock infrastructure (Catanho).

    E&TS performed Basic and Detailed Engineering design for Puma Energy for an LPG pipeline project that would receive LPG by vessel (as storage tank) at an existing PREPA Dock and through a system of pipelines/vaporizers deliver it to PREPA premises (as fuel).

    Location: El Salvador

    E&TS performed Basic and Detailed Engineering design for 2 new 50,000 bbls API 650 CRT w/AL IFR and their associated infrastructure in Trafigura’s TTL terminal (former Texas Dock & Rail terminal) for Naphtha and C5+ product. The system was to be connected to existing ship and barge dock infrastructure (Safety Skids; 10” manual loading arms, etc.). Modes of transportation: via pipeline, truck, railcar and marine (ship and barges).

    Location: Panama

    E&TS was tasked with the evaluation of necessary cleaning procedures, piping modifications, pigging and filling procedures to change pipeline service from Fuel Oil to Diesel.
