    E&TS performed a FEED Study for adding additional storage capacity to the existing Texas Dock & Rail Marine Terminal in Corpus Christi, TX. Prepared FEED study for new 6-250,000 bbls and 4 100,000 bbls storage capacity API 650 CR Tanks w/CS IFR and their associated infrastructure to include 2 manifolds, blending and tank to tank transfer capability and connections to existing manifold and dock infrastructure.

    Service:      Feasibility Study and Analysis
    Location:   Corpus Christi, Texas

    E&TS performed Basic and Detailed Engineering design for a set of 3 new 80,000 bbls and 2 50,000 bbls API 650 CRT w/AL IFR and their associated infrastructure in Trafigura’s TTL terminal (former Texas Dock & Rail terminal) for Crude Condensate product. The system was to be connected to existing ship and barge dock infrastructure (Safety Skids; 10” manual loading arms, etc.). Modes of transportation: via truck, railcar and marine (ship and barges).

  • Project: Basic and Detailed Engineering for Crude Condensate Terminal

    Location:   Corpus Christi, Texas

    E&TS performed Basic and Detailed Engineering design for 2 new 50,000 bbls API 650 CRT w/AL IFR and their associated infrastructure in Trafigura’s TTL terminal (former Texas Dock & Rail terminal) for Naphtha and C5+ product. The system was to be connected to existing ship and barge dock infrastructure (Safety Skids; 10” manual loading arms, etc.). Modes of transportation: via pipeline, truck, railcar and marine (ship and barges).

    E&TS performed Basic and Detailed Engineering design for civil, structural and mechanical disciplines for 4 new 100,000 bbls API 650 CTR w/AL IFR and their associated infrastructure project in TTL Terminal for Crude Condensate product. The system to be connected to an existing ship and barge dock infrastructure (Safety Skids; 10” manual loading arms, etc.). Modes of transportation: via pipeline, truck, railcar and marine (ship and barges).

    E&TS performed Basic Engineering design for VRU (Vapor Recovery Units) and VDU (Vapor Destruction Units) to be installed at TTL Docks. This work was executed working in collaboration with the equipment suppliers (John Zink, Symex, Aura Engineering, etc.)

  • Project: Basic Engineering for Installation of Hydraulic Loading Arms

    E&TS performed Basic Engineering, Procurement and Project Management services on the installation of 16 manual and hydraulic loading arms, from 16” to 10” for an existing barge/ship dock infrastructure and new ship dock infrastructure at TTL.

    E&TS performed Basic and Detailed Engineering design including civil, structural and mechanical disciplines for 4 30,000 bbls Butane ASME pressurized vessels and  2 truck inbound lanes. Inbound by trucks and outbound by barges.

    Service:Design and Star up Teams, Consulting and Construction Management
    Location:   Corpus Christi, Texas

    Basic and Detailed Engineering design for civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation disciplines for new grass root terminal; also, Procurement and Construction Management Services to include: 2,000,000 bbls Crude Condensate, Diesel, Jet Fuel, Naphtha and C5+ - API 650 tanks and their associated infrastructure; 1,000,000 bbls Refrigerated Propane and Butane – API 620 tanks and their associated infrastructure; 24-90,000-gallon Pressurized Propane and Butane – ASME pressurized vessels (bullets); 50,000 lf of 20”, 16”, 12”, 4” pipelines through HDD method from inland terminal to exiting marine terminal. The modes of transportation within the terminal included Pipelines, Truck, Marine (ship and barges).

  • Project: Design Review of Basic Engineering for Petrochemical Terminal

    Location:Manzanillo, Mexico

    E&TS performed Design Review on behalf of owner of Basic Engineering done by CH2MHill for a future petrochemical (gasoline, diesel, jet fuel) Terminal in Manzanillo, Mexico.

    E&TS performed Basic and Conceptual Design for obtaining USCOE Permit for a new ship dock infrastructure at TTL on the Viola Channel, Corpus Christi.
