E&TS works with our clients to upgrade and retrofit existing systems to handle new customer requirements for volumes, modes of transportation, and operational requirements. Typical engineering tasks may include evaluating existing systems for changes in products, flow rates, redirection of flows between tanks, I&E improvements, and providing construction level drawings for recommended modifications. For clients that do not have a database of drawings, E&TS utilizes experienced designers to field walk projects to create base-line drawings that will be used for layout out of new mechanical and civil assets.
EPC E&TS has the financial backing to provide drafting, engineering, technical specifications, procurement, and construction for any terminal and pipeline project up to $20 MM TIC. E&TS utilizes established trusted relationships with 3rd party reputable contractors to assist in the construction phase. We are available to provide our clients with EPC Management for projects up to $300 MM Total Installed Cost (TIC).
