ITC contacted E&TS for their Phase 2 projects on their Grass Roots Terminal in Pasadena Texas on the Houston Ship Channel. The project entailed the basic and detailed engineering design for 2.2 Million BBL of storage capacity infrastructure. Utilizing our Process, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical/Instrumentation disciplines we provided tank foundations, manifolds, pipe racks, pipelines, drainage and firefighting systems.

Project: Obtain Required Permits for Dredging

E&TS performed Project Management services to obtain required permits from USCOE (Corps of Engineers) and PHA (Port Houston Authority) on all terminal ship docks and barge docks (11 positions) and dredging projects at the terminal (5 yrs-10-year permit). Contracted under R&R Drafting, Inc

Project: Basic and Detailed Engineering Design- 500,000 bbls Terminal Expansion

Location: Pasadena, Texas

ITC Pasadena retained E&TS to provide engineering services for the Basic and Detailed Engineering Design for their terminal Marathon Project. The project consists of the complete design of new infrastructure on three different tank farms for a combined working volume of 500,000 bbls of feedstocks stored in several API 650 CS tanks. Modes of transportation includes pipeline, ship and barges, railcars and trucks. Process, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Disciplines are in E&TS scope from basic to detailed engineering.
