ITC Pasadena retained E&TS to provide engineering services for the Basic and Detailed Engineering Design for their terminal Marathon Project. The project consists of the complete design of new infrastructure on three different tank farms for a combined working volume of 500,000 bbls of feedstocks stored in several API 650 CS tanks. Modes of transportation includes pipeline, ship and barges, railcars and trucks. Process, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Disciplines are in E&TS scope from basic to detailed engineering.
Project: 2.2 Million BBL Storage Expansion Service: Engineering Services and Construction Management Location: Houston, Texas
ITC contacted E&TS for their Phase 2 projects on their Grass Roots Terminal in Pasadena Texas on the Houston Ship Channel. The project entailed the basic and detailed engineering design for 2.2 Million BBL of storage capacity infrastructure. Utilizing our Process, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical/Instrumentation disciplines we provided tank foundations, manifolds, pipe racks, pipelines, drainage and firefighting systems.
Project: Ship Dock Expansion Service: Construction Management Location:Deer Park, Texas
E&TS performed Project /Construction Management services for a Ship Dock Expansion Project which considered a new reinforced concrete Platform 70 ft x 40 ft., new Breasting and Mooring configuration on existing finger pier ship dock to allow receiving 900 ft LOA vessels in the Houston Ship Channel.
Project: Reinforcement of Concrete Waterfront Manifold Service: Construction Management Location: Houston, Texas
E&TS performed Project/Construction Management services for the revamping of an existing 120 x 40 ft – 40-year-old reinforced concrete waterfront manifold with re-routing in service product lines. This manifold handled more than 60 pipelines coming from one of the terminal ship docks and building and expanding the manifold with new reinforced concrete slab and wall. The project was executed ensuring that all lines remained in service at all times.
Project: Upgrade of Ship and Barge Docks Service: Construction Management Location: Houston, Texas
E&TS performed Project/Construction Management services for the revamping and structural upgrade of a 40-year old finger pier Ship Dock and Barge Docks (two ship dock positions and two barge dock positions; 1000 ft of approach way). The structural upgrade of this existing finger pier dock was executed at below and above water level with a reputable marine contractor providing also diving services.
Project: Construction of a new Bulkhead Barge Dock Service: Construction Management Location: Houston, Texas
E&TS performed Project Management services for the construction of a new Bulkhead Barge Dock for 2 barge positions. Barge Platform 65 ft wide by 45 ft long; sheet pile wall infrastructure. The project included demolition of existing offices infrastructure and bucket dredging in marine terminal located in the Houston Ship Channel. Contracted under R&R Drafting, Inc.
Project: Maintenance Dredging on All Ship/Barge Docks Service: Construction Management Location: Houston, Texas
E&TS performed Project/Construction Management services for the Maintenance Dredging Project on all Ship / Barge docks including 5 ship dock positions and 6 barge dock positions and Deepening to -45 ft mlt on two ship dock slips on the Houston Ship Channel (250,000 cy). Contracted under R&R Drafting, Inc.
Project: Obtain Required Permits for Dredging Service: Construction Management Location: Houston, Texas
E&TS performed Project Management services to obtain required permits from USCOE (Corps of Engineers) and PHA (Port Houston Authority) on all terminal ship docks and barge docks (11 positions) and dredging projects at the terminal (5 yrs-10-year permit). Contracted under R&R Drafting, Inc
