Antonio is a co-founder of Engineering & Terminal Services and a Civil Engineer with over 25 years of hands-on experience as a Designer/Engineering, Project and Construction Manager executing residential, commercial and mainly petrochemical terminal projects.
His project experience has encompassed various roles including Design Engineer: reinforced concrete manifolds, reinforced concrete tank foundation, tank farm containment areas, pipe rack foundations, pipe rack structures, roads, and other reinforced concrete infrastructures commonly required in petrochemical terminal projects; Engineering Evaluation: Several due diligence technical evaluations for terminal facilities to be acquired by clients; Procurement: specifications, preparation of Request for Proposals; Bidding process, Proposal Comparison Evaluations/Recommendations for clients and Construction and Project Management: Senior Engineering Manager for Chemical, LPG, Crude and Refined products storage facility with extensive experience in the Gulf of Mexico area including Puerto Rico; Project Management, Execution, Cost control, Coordination with Marketing and Operations staff and Contractors.
Antonio holds a Bachelors’ of Science degree with honors in Civil Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru (PUCP), and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and Perú. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), former API 653 certified Tank Inspector and API 570 Piping Inspector.
From 2015 through 2020 Antonio was a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) volunteer for abused and neglected children in Liberty and Chambers County, TX
